This was an experiment in collaboration and cohesion. The project began with conversations across departments—gathering stories, data, and imagery that reflected a year’s worth of work. One of the biggest challenges was designing something that could live within many different brand ecosystems. This meant creating a visual language that could feel at home anywhere: flexible, but still distinctive. The layout was built around a grid that could shift and stretch to hold different kinds of content. I pulled photography from internal archives, cut them out and paired them with strong shapes. From there, it was a matter of balancing voices—making space for impact statistics, personal stories, and visual storytelling—all within a clean, navigable format.
